Whether this is your first time hiring a lawn care service or you’re just curious how we do things around here—this is a good place to start. We’ve put together a list of answers to the questions we hear most often.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we provide free estimates for all lawn maintenance. Simply click here to fill out the contact form, and someone will contact you to schedule a walk-through of your property.
What is your cancellation policy?
Residential customers can cancel anytime, and only services rendered will be invoiced.
Can your crew pull weeds when they service my yard?
We will spray for and remove weeds from planting beds. For weeds in turf, we recommend a spray service with Total Pest Solutions.
Do you have a license and insurance?
Yes. All Liberty Lawn Care providers are licensed to operate in Polk County, FL, and carry General Liability, Auto, and Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
How can I pay my bill?
For convenience, we recommend setting up autopayment through your bank. Alternatively, you can pay your bill online via our client portal using a credit or debit card. You also have the option to mail a check to our payment address at P.O. Box 2233, Auburndale, FL 33823.
Can I prepay in advance?
Yes, we allow prepayment for up to a year.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Residential customers do not need to sign a contract, whereas commercial customers are always required to have a contract that outlines the scope of work and payment details to ensure protection for both parties.
What is your lawn maintenance and mowing schedule?
From April 1 through October 31, service is provided once weekly. From November 1 through March 31, service is provided every other week. This equals 42 cuts per year, which is standard for Florida’s growing season and climate.
Can you help adjust my irrigation controller?
Yes, during an irrigation inspection, the technician will adjust your irrigation controller and check for proper coverage and operation of your entire irrigation system.
Do you trim trees?
Robellini and other palm trees under 10 feet can be maintained during regular lawn care. Hardwoods and palm trees over 10 feet will be priced separately.
Can my yard be serviced the same day every week?
Yes, all crews follow a regular schedule, though weather or equipment issues may occasionally cause delays of one to two days. We appreciate your understanding as we work to minimize disruptions.
Will you clean my yard after a hurricane or major storm?
We provide storm clean-up services for an additional fee. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the yard is free of debris for regularly scheduled maintenance.
Does dog waste need to be removed from my yard prior to my service day?
Yes, it is necessary and best practice for all pet waste material to be removed from the yard before we arrive for service. Animal waste can pose health risks, such as harmful bacteria, parasites, and viruses. Our equipment blades can spread these bacteria, leading to illness and potential damage to your yard and our equipment.

Yes, we provide installation services for various mulches and/or rock in plant beds. For more information, please visit our services page or click here to fill out the contact form to request a quote.
