At Liberty Lawn Care, we prioritize your lawn year-round. We begin with the basics—mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and more—to keep your lawn in excellent condition.
Our most effective approach is to adhere to a seasonal maintenance schedule tailored to the growing season and local environmental conditions in your area. Check out what a typical schedule looks like below.
Mowing:
We use rotary mowers 42 times a year to maintain a neat appearance, providing weekly services during the growing season (April to October) and biweekly or as-needed services during the non-growing season (November to March).
Line Trimming:Â
Line trimming is performed with each service, 42 times per year.
Edging:
Hard edging (along sidewalks, curbs, and driveways) is done 42 times per year, while soft edging of plant beds is done 21 times per year.
Weeding:
Weeds are removed from all plant, tree, and flower beds 18 times per calendar year—twice a month during the growing season and once a month during the non-growing season, as needed.
Blowing:Â
All concrete surfaces are cleared of leaves and grass debris at the end of each service, 42 times per year.
Pruning:
All shrubs are pruned and shaped up to twelve times a year to ensure optimal growth and appearance.

Irrigation and fertilization routines are also vital parts of our annual maintenance schedule, ensuring your property’s health is consistently monitored. This includes inspections, repairs, and disease control, to name a few. Our goal is to be proactive, addressing any potential issues promptly as they arise.
On rare occasions, Florida sometimes experiences unusually low temperatures. If this happens, we can help with landscaping affected, including replacing any plants damaged by frost and cold weather. Here are a few important reminders to keep in mind during those cooler winter months:
- Wait to cut back plants until we are sure there will be no more freezes for the season. You can remove any mushy branches or leaves, but avoid cutting back too early.
- Be careful not to overwater cold-stressed plants, as this can lead to root rot.
- Do not fertilize cold-stressed plants too soon. Since the roots are already under stress, adding fertilizer at this time can cause further problems.
Our extensive maintenance schedules are designed to keep your outdoor space healthy and beautiful year-round. From mowing and fertilization to expert weed control and seasonal clean-ups, Liberty ensures your lawn remains vibrant and inviting—no matter the season.
